Usage

Cutting the Tape: Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the appropriate length of tape according to the actual needs. Do not pull the tape by hand to avoid uneven cutting or damage to the tape.

Wrapping the Tape: Start wrapping the tape from one end of the wire joint or the object to be insulated. Wrap it in a spiral manner with each turn overlapping about half of the width of the tape to ensure complete coverage and no gaps. When wrapping, keep the tape tight to ensure good contact with the surface of the wire and avoid wrinkles or bubbles.

Storage

Temperature and Humidity: Store the PVC electrical insulation tape in a dry and cool environment. The suitable temperature range is generally 5℃ - 35℃, and the relative humidity should be kept below 80%. Avoid storing it in an environment with high temperature, high humidity or direct sunlight, as this may cause the tape to age, become sticky or reduce its insulation performance.
